Returns & Refunds Policy

At A.L.Creations, every item is made with care and attention to detail. Please read the returns policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-made and personalized items are non-refundable, as they are bespoke and created just for you. I stay in touch with you throughout the design and creation process to ensure you’re happy at every step before your order is shipped.

Once you have approved the final design, cancellations cannot be made. Work will begin (or continue) based on your confirmation, and the item will be completed as agreed.

I aim to complete and dispatch all custom orders within 2 weeks of the order being placed. If, for any reason, there is a delay, I will contact you in advance to discuss the timeline and confirm whether an extension is acceptable before any work begins.

Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email me at Apdsleal@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

I’ll respond as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.

Sold as Seen

Most of my items are sold as seen in the product listings. Due to the handmade nature of embroidery, small variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Promotional & Discounted Items

Items bought during a sale or with a discount applied are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

  • You are also responsible for the risk of loss or damage to the item during return shipping, so we recommend using a tracked and insured service.

A.L.Creations will always provide proof of posting or courier documentation when dispatching your order. In the rare event that your item does not arrive, I will do my best to help track it down via the courier. However, I cannot be held liable for lost or delayed packages, and any claims should be directed to the shipping provider.
